Looking for a 6 speeder gear knob as they are out of production at least they say in Sweden, im looking for a black and not antracite as mine is black but have some wear.
Anyone knowing anywhere I can get this ?

I should be able to help you out with this.
I bought one new from work (I work for the parts department at a VAG Dealership in Kungälv) a few years ago.
If I can't get one new from Södertälje I can search via the 'SAPS program' at work whereby it searches all the dealerships in Sweden for a given part.
If that doesn't work I should be able to order one direct from Germany if it isn't NLA.

Do not know if there is a big difference between the gear knobs of a Urs6 AND S2 Avant, but I bought a new 6speed knob from the dealer few weeks ago for my S2. The database said that it would be antracite but in real life the leather of the knob is BLACK.

4A0 711 141AB is only available in Anthracite (9UB). There is 4A0 711 145S 01C (Satin Black), leatherette. But I'm almost certain this has a chrome ring. I've looked at other models but no joy yet.

Leatherette is fake leather plastic, looks like crap... and Anthracite is not an option... but im really grateful that you took your time for searching...

No worries, sorry I couldn't help further.
Its sick the amount of parts I found 'NLA' while searching through ETKA for different gear knobs. 'Audi Heritage' my a**e....
