what do you mean wonky mate?
If you mean it doesn't go up and down evenly end to end you might just need to tighten the cable up a tad
Otherwise i think I might have one, can't remember if its driver or passenger side though

And I have a drivers side one that could be used for parts
It all still works but the cable needs rewinding inside the motor !
Pita of a job which is why it's free if you need it
For what this cost me so far I could have bought an S2

Bloody thing. I rebuild it all and all was well for about a month but it's started playing silly ******s again Is there a guid on adjustment or is it a matter of taking it all to bits again and getting a new one to fit? POS

Just rebuilt it again, so see how long it lasts for now...

To answer my own question, you can adjust the tension by adjusting the seats of the cable sleeves that come out of the motor. It's a fairly simple thing to do and requires a little turn of an 11mm spanner to free the end and then something to grip it and and move it along one notch.

Where exactly do you adjust this Rusty ?
Will this adj cure my problem which is I have too much tension on one of the wires and not enough on the other one !
With the window fully up there is a lot of tension on the one wire whilst the other is really slack !
