  • Tight radius silicone hose required

    Due to the throttle body position on my new intake manifold being so close to the radiator, the only way to plumb the pipework is to have a very tight radius (short leg) silicone hose with a 90 degree bend - 76mm.
    The only one I have found on a US site is this;

    Can anyone point me to a UK based company that would do something similar?

    Many thanks

    You'd be better buying a 3" cobra hose won't restrict flow
    Only take a week delivery from the US

              haven't ever seen one IRL, but is it usable in boost applications? As Chris won't be using it on the MAF.

                Heh, there is 0 chance of it being blown apart by boost it's as hard as nails

                  I've always used Viper performance for all my hoses and are happy to make anything unusual.

                    well exactly, I thought it might not seal that well because it's such hard material

                      why would it not seal under a jubilee clip? It does directly on a turbo etc
                      Sounds like a poppycock argument

                        because the turbo sucks at that point and doesn't blow

                          So what? It seals under the pressure of the clip
                          If this was the case you need special silicone hose for boost and vacuum side of your car

                            silicon will compress under a jubilee clip. Would a plastic cup do that under a jubilee clip? No it would become oval but not compress.
