Pics on wastegate reroute..

Hi! Just wounder if someone have some pics on wastegate pipe between wastegate and the downpipe.. Need pics on the ends of the pipe since I think I have the wrong pipe because the gasket doesn´t seal at one end :s

Proper Orientation of the Wastegate Flex Dump Tube

On our 20VT engines (e.g. 3B, AAN, ABY and ADU) the wastegate is connected to the exhaust downpipe via a corrugated metal flex tube, as shown here:



There is a flow arrow that is easy to miss (this one is pointed in the wrong direction, it should point to the firewall not the front of the engine):

It needs to be oriented as shown here in Figure 4 of pg 26-5 of the AAN workshop manual pdf (available on the net):

You might need to replace gaskets and bolts to fix this problem. Gaskets are PN 857253115. Flex tube is PN 857253817.
