WANTED: S2 Inlet Manifold, TB and Fuel Rail

If you have a spare 3B or ABY inlet manifold in good condition, together with the accompanying throttle body and even the fuel rail, please get in touch by PM.

I need them for an interesting project I'm doing with my Mk2 Golf ABF 16v, which will require some custom fabrication etc.

I have an ABY throttle body and TPS. The throttle cam has crumbled a little, but used on mine for years with throttle cable and the crumbled bit cable tied. If you interested ill upload some pics

You can use my spare injectors to start with.

Can be ABY or 3B bits BTW, there are few differences

Hi David. Currently runnimg clunky k-jet, but Andy and I think we can get more out of the engine by running it on a standalone ECU such as Megasquirt. , A few guys have had succes with 1.8T and.chopped down S2 inlet manifolds to give the right inlet and TB setup, so we thought we'd give it a.go! Will also be playing wiith the spark mapping etc.

Yeah, will be a nice project with some custom fabrication and opportunity to do things a bit differently and learn a few things in the process.

^ Could be a while yet LOL! The car runs fine as it is on K-Jet but it would be nice to move over to EFI and learn something about engine mapping too. Thanks to the nice folk on here, I have sourced just about all of the inlet parts I require. Will be looking into the Megasquirt hardware and sensors next.

I've got a Cut down S2 Manifold, Exhaust Manifold, Wastgate and S2 Throttle body.

All the fab has been done.
