Wanted S8 caliper carriers for coupe upgrade

Does anyone have a spare pair?

The ones I have here are early S8 and so too small, I need the later face lift carriers. Aparently they are the same as the S6 carriers.

Give these a try, It's where I bought mine from Colesy £45 I paid but I collected them as they are 20 mins down the road from me.

I bought a pair from them and they seem to be the wrong size.

Waiting to hear back from them, but concerned that something else could be wrong.

Have you fitted yours? I think I've got the carriers from an earlier A8 with the 276mm discs as it just doesn't quite fit over the disc. If you have your ones to hand how do they compare to these:

The only number that is the same on each one is 6570/1

They are probably just the 269mm versions. There are two versions of those, for either 269X20 or 269x22!
Too be honest the S8 280mm versions are quite hard to find. If SE 30 got the correct ones for that kind of money that was a good deal!
I'll try and get some measurements as a comparsion if its the 280mm version you are interested in.

Yeah I'm after the 280mm versions, with original part number: 4D0 615 425C

Which usefully enough Audi don't put onto the parts! Any measurements or unique identifiers for the 280mm carriers would be great.

That last dimension where you have got 80mm should be nearer 85mm! Which of course makes sense as the diameter difference between the 269/280mm disc would be 11mm and the radial increase of the carrier would be 5.5MM!

I'm away working at the moment, not back till next month so unable to give you any measurements. When I spoke to Prestige I stipulated the carriers had to be from the D2 S8 only as other models differ in rear disc size. I had all my rear brakes overhauled and painted including the carriers and never got round to fitting before I came back to work. I'm hoping that Prestige have given me the correct ones . They did only have one pair of S8 carriers in stock mind. When I think back they had a few others listed for D2 A8's not sure on the engine size, £35 pounds I think? I wonder if you've bought that pair or similar.

Hope you've got the right ones, I gave them all the information before I was supplied these wrong ones. They've accepted they are wrong now so I will be returning them...

Anybody got a pair lying about?

Colsey, this is the only shot I have of the carriers. Not very clear on the part no, but by my eyes it appears different to yours, mine looks like 8730??

I think that the large number next to the Audi rings is most likely a casting number/date.
Its difficult to see but the only consistant ID numbers/letters I can make out are beneath the sliders.

This is on both a new one and an old one!
SE 30's pic seems to show at least the numbers in the right place!
