    CAD file for Water jacketing?

Has anyone got a CAD file for water jacketing the head? Mine is ready for assembly and I'm trying to get this done before they make a start on it.

Any help will be greatly appreciated!

Highly unlikely you'd get this for free don't you think?

Shouldn't be hard to create. its really just based on 5 interlocking circles, of x radius more than the cylinder bores

It is not rocket science. It makes it easier as we simply don't have to explain what to do....

A manifold pattern or the likes are more worthy as they are more complex.

5mins with a vernier and you can work it out.

Learning things the hard way takes also time (money) and money. We still share here....that is the meaning of a community. If not then we could all have each other in LinkedIn and do business.

However....when the times comes to implement it on an engine I personally will find a way to do it.

If you haven't got access to a cnc then all you need is a manual milling machine
and a rotary table, peace of cake.
I bet you could even do it with a pillar drill with a rotary table on it as its a small cut in aluminium.
