Are you sure it's the cooler itself and not the oring seals on the feed and return lines? The entire area on mine was splattered with oil and it was entirely down to the seal going. It looked much worse than it was

I donked it and it tore the shroud mounting tab off the cooler causing a leak at the bottom of the core.
