Throttle damper and mounting plate

OK lets try a different tack here.
Has anyone got the part numbers for the throttle damper unit and bracket. these are not shown or listed on EKTA for some reason. I'll make my own bracket if needed to.
Has anyone got a photo of the damper unit?
These parts may be used on other models so I can start widening my search.
Come on folks - Help needed on this one.

Those parts are not separate items from Audi. They are an integral part of the throttle body assembly.

Here is the bracket and dash pot (throttle damper) on an AAN throttle body (ABY photo below):

Thanks, just what I needed.
If they bolt on, then they are individual items in my mind!
Bracket no problem to make. Damper is available on several manufacturers, so a trip to the breakers yard at the weekend and a look around Ebay.
Does anyone have one of these now?

Not for me to question why but my late model ABY ('96) came from the factory without the throttle damper fitted and I've never experienced any problems without it.............

Not quite what you want, but not totally irrelevant.

A new damper might be better than an old one, having said that, a second hand damper is better than none.

My 95 ABY is also missing the damper & bracket - drives without any problems but I would still like to fit one sometime, just for aesthetics really

So whats the story with some not being fitted from new I presume?
On the rally car when I'm on stage and changing down through the gears fast and hard, the engine, when the throttle snaps shut, seams to almost stall the engine and sometimes it does cut out. I'm hoping to fix this with this throttle damper/dashpot.
