The safety devices cage (as in ours) is sold as a bolt in cage, but requires a welded in butress at the bottom of the B Pillars... So be prepared...

I know what your saying.
Me and a mate of mine have installed about four cages into one 205 gti and some scoobys.
We have always found them fairly good.
We usually tend to add a few extra bars to the front struts and an x bar behind seats.
