I have one in black. Its got a minor tear in the flap that goes between the rear seat and the pull out part, but otherwise its in perfect condition.

I'd prefer a perfect one but if I'm reading you right the tear is in a place that will more or less never be seen. If you could post a picture later on I'll have a look.

These things cost £250 + VAT from VAG Parts. God knows what Audi sell them for!
I'm looking for £100 inclusive of shipping to the UK.
As you said, the tear on mine is only noticable when it is removed from the car. With a bit of black duct tape it wouldn't be noticable at all I think.ex '93 Avant ownerComment
