    RS2 Set-up For 3B UR Quattro

A friend of mine has a UR Quattro with the RR or 3B engine and is wanting to convert to RS2 spec.

He is therefore looking for the following parts:

    1. Turbo
    2. Injectors
    3. Exhaust manifold
    4. Intercooler
    5. Chips

Would prefer to buy as a job lot rather than separate.

Think you also need to add 2.75/3" downpipe and 7A fuel pressure regulator

You will also need a new MAP sensor. The RR and 3B (200 20vt and early S2) came with a 2 Bar (200 kPa) MAP. The AAN (UrS4 and S6)and ABY (later S2) came with a 2.5 Bar (250 kPa) MAP. The RS2 (ADU) came with a 3 Bar (300 kPa) MAP. All of the factory MAPs were made by Bosch.

Probably need a fuel pressure regulator upgrade as well:

      7A, 20V NA, 4.0 Bar nominal, bolt in = PN 054133534
      3B and RR, 20VT, 3.0 Bar nominal, bolt in = PN 034133534M
      AAN, 20VT, 4.0 Bar, clamp in to VIN P080000 = PN 078133534A (UrS4, Bosch 0280160516) (Clamp PN N10210602)
      AAN, 20VT, 4.0 Bar, clip in after VIN P080001 = PN 078133534A (UrS4, Bosch 0280160516) (Clip PN 037133047A)
      AAN, 20VT, 4.0 Bar, clip in = PN 078133534C (UrS6, Bosch 0280160517) (Clip PN 037133047A)
ABY, 20VT, 4.0 Bar, clip in = PN 078133534C (same as AAN) (Clip PN 037133047A)
      RS2, 20VT, 3.8 Bar, clip in = PN 034133534P (Clip PN 037133047A)

Turbo has a bigger outlet, RS2 had a 3" down pipe standard.

                as above 2.75.

Its more to lower egt's on the turbo, the stock dp is a restriction
