WTB - Two RS2 oem Exhaust Systems

    As per title.

If anyone has upgraded their RS2's oem exhaust system, and now their original RS2 exhaust system is surplus to requirements ?

I would like to buy it, the second one is for a pal's car.

I can arrange shipping, or one requiring a bit of patching may not be out of the question.

    Any advices ?

    Thanks.

I was under the impression that oem RS2 exhaust systems were slightly bigger bore than an S2 exhaust system.

Andy, if not, I may be interested in your two systems.

I thought it was just down pipe and cats that differed but could be wrong, its happened before

Both 3B and ABY down pipes and systems are 2.5". The ADU down pipe is 2.75" and i believe the system is 2.75" but cannot confirm. The ABY and ADU cats are different.

              Cheers,

Bump, as still looking for one, but ideally two systems.

Even one that may need a bit of patching is fine.

Looking for a back box and / or a middle box essentially.

Someone may have one lying in their shed, after upgrading to a stainless steel system ?

                      Thanks.

Why do you not use a b5 RS4 one ?

                          Thanks for the reply,

Was not aware that that would work, can you advise further ?

It the RS2 pipework is 2.75" in diameter after the handbrake, what size if the RS4 pipework after the handbrake ?

Anyone have any photos handy ? Dest or Jamo.

Thanks for reply "Terry" , my situation is that I already had a 3" stainless steel one made up recently and it is too loud - for me / compared to factory.

Admittedly the two boxes are straight through, not cats. Boxes are a bit small. Company had not made up other systems for RS2s, and weren't maybe as good / interested as the best companies in the UK. For me now hindsight and BTDT is 20/20 vision.
