Get an S2 engine undertray and drill holes on it.
The holes for the IC don't do much work, but you could also cut them from the S2 undertray

I saw your answer in other threads asking for the dics. You have an RS2, the kits on sale you ask for have 5x112mm PCD and are not suitable for your car only for S2 with S2 hubs.

If you want a cheaper solution, buy some 322x32mm discs from the Porsche 993 turbo and swap the hats from your discs. 993 tt discs have different hats but as they are two piece you can swap the hats. (In Spain from Porsche they are about 40% cheaper so should be similar in Portugal)

    Cheers

      One more thing.

If you give me the part number for the undertray I can find it here in Madrid for sure.

Shipping should not be that expensive.

I have some discount from the Audi dealer so tell me if you want me to order one.

      Cheers,

        hi Rafael
first off all, thanx for the kind offer on helping me in this issue of undertray.
some time ago I made order from portugal Audi, iwth the suplied partnumber from rs2 mailing list. They could get me the right one, always got the s2 ones (for 3 times) the las time I payed in advance to order from germany (250Euros) again it cam the s2 one... they tryed to fit and told me that could get it fit correctly, dont know if they had the problem from missing holes or other part.

this is the part number suplied was from this document, the pic is not from rs2 but the page of ETKA software is, and I was told thats because they didnt updated the database due the rs2 had so limited units. but the part number to be asked is that one and ask for RS2. the tue is that I recieved an s2 undertray with that partnumber to, so very confused:

so I ordered, and the got this:

I even after that suplied this pic of correct one, and they could get figure how ot get it:

regarding to the brakes, are you sure that the 322x32mm discs from the Porsche 993 turbo whot fit??? I have already info from portuguese porsche that they are 188 Euros + vat each, but they are not separated from the Hat... dhamm... I think this will be another quest like my engine undertray.
even swaping the hats I need to calibrate the disks after... dont know where.

I will solve the undertray issue from Madrid don't worry.

For the 993 tt discs. I bought one of those just to find out they are a little diffrent for the RS2 322x32mm brake discs.

So I had to buy them again from Audi.

Both discs are two piece and can be separated from the hat.

          *** IMPORTANT ***
You have to be carefull with the RS2 discs

Original Audi RS2 had 304mm 1-piece rotors so they can not be separated.

If your car has the optional brake upgrade then you should have bigger calipers and 322x32mm brake discs that are two-piece.

In the picture you can see the difference in the rotors
If you see the big one has some bolts between the hat and the rotor.

          Cheers

To change the hats you want to do something like this but with the hats you have on your original discs you are changing now.

                      stainless steel brake line, to.

Well, taking advantage on talking about related issue, I want to ask if you guys have any idea where I can buy those "stainless steel brake line" like those here...

I dont have a clue if the "attachments" are standard or not. Maybe need to ask something for porsche 993TT specs no?

                        Part number on ETKA for RS2 undertray is 8A0 863 823 Q

Just looking at ETKA to be sure I could not find to what car thas the part number 8A0 863 823 (without the "Q") belong to see what they have ordered.

Can you read the part number for the picture of the real RS2 undertray to be sure?

If not don't worry will call next tuesday the dealer to find out to wich car does the undertray you are showing belong (8A0 863 823)

That belly pan is an 8A0 863 823 N. The N is hown slightly above the part number on the belly pan itself. It's a bog standard one for A80's. Not even the S2 version.

I'd say it has come wrong to part number. I don't know how dealers on the continent sort out problems like that. In the UK we would send it back and reorder it. If it came wrong again VAG would have a physical bin check done on remaining stocks (somebody has to go into the warehouse and actually check every part).

Not a nice job. We once had a set of wheels missing so somebody at the factory had to go and count how many were really there. They were showing over 17000 in stock at the time!!!!

                            Hi "The Spanish"
                            Hi "s2avant"
Ok, let me rewind... if I understood I got the 8A0 863 823 N (when I asked for the 8A0 863 823 Q). The number 8A0 863 823 is a kind of generic then you will have N or Q or other... that explains the weird thing when I saw 8A0 863 823 on the undertray and miss that N.
I got that undertray back to audi but unforunently they didnt give my any cheq or money back... I got a budget on audi (about 250Euros) to spend.

luckly hi have a contact todays on audi that can get me some material qith some discout.

anyway, just to get a conclusion:
                            - the part number that I need to look for is the 8A0 863 823 Q (the one on ETKA paper show on first pic) ?

if so I can try again on Audi here in Portugal.

anyway if "The Spanish" could get some info about it and how much cost, will be nice. Maybe I make a trip to spain, since its here at neighborhood :-)
