Good luck. The plastic frame is not a separate part for the front switches, but is for the rear. PN for the complete switch is 4A0963563B

do you mean the thin piece above the radio for the front heated seats?

it is above the radio where all the switches(hazard ,fog etc) are and they are fixed on a frame.I have the original one but doesn't have enough slots to fix the heating seats switches.

If you remove the switch blanks you will see the spaces where you can fit the heated seat switches. It is the same frame, except for models which have the "storage cubby" built into the frame. The part number you need is 4A0 941 567. Just as Spink described.

I have the storage frame that's why I posted in here looking for one with full row of slots.Btw you need to be blind or from other planet to not figure out taking some blanks out

In Audicted's defense, he and I are both in North America with UrS4s/S6s and our cars didn't get the storage tray, just the full row of switches and/or blanks. I think he and I both thought all the UrS-cars got the same, not the 100 storage tray in lieu of some switch space.
