034 121 071 r is NLA so they tell me!

034 121 071 s is still available and as far as I can tell its the same minus the bend at back, maybe the s stands for straight ? Will have it in a week maybe and can let you know how I get on with it!

Mine leaked from rooting around by it, so I suspect they'd all be fairly corroded by now !

What engine is this for ?

Maybe any available pipe will do plus the corresponding pipe from heater core?

50 something euro ! But I tried making one from stainless and never felt happy as I could not put the lip on ends to keep pipe from slipping off, hoping to have it Monday/Tuesday ish

Someone on here should be able to post a link to the tool or a you tube showing how this "ridge" is put into a metal tube to stop the rubber pipe coming off the metal tube.

I think it was for intercooler pipework.

My recollection it is easy enough with the correct tool.

Bead roller, thuppu did a DIY one here somewhere iirc

                            Home made roller

You can ghetto it with a modified crimper/molegrip or make a crimper and use a vice for force. It will either do a dent, or small sections and just work your way round.

                            Google bead roller for ideas.
