  • Irish ABT Limited Edition Wide Body TT Price ??

As you all know, I sold my S2 last week , and am looking for an A4 Estate quattro - It's amazed me by how many have contacted over here in Ireland, offering cars thou !! - One that has caught my eye thou is an ABT Limited Edition Wide Body TT, in a lovely yellow colour - I've been told that these are really rare, and only about 4 in the UK, with this one being the only one he thinks, that is in Ireland, (Republic) - What would a car like this be worth ?? He hasn't sent me a price, just an email showing all the pictures - abit like waving a carrot in front of a donkey I think, but don't want to reply and waste his time until I find out what they would cost, as I'm still really looking for something bigger, but the small 1.8 road tax sound interesting - Would anyone care to give me a guide what it may be cost ?

    Many thanks

    Stan

PS - I placed this in Junble first, but it didn;t appear on the forum ??

great some of these 80's 90's kits aren't they.

must be a blind designer whos not a designer who cant listen to reason. "I know lets take that ****** 70's kit and make it for 90's cars."

The widebody isnt too bad, I think id rather sacrifice handling and hit a brick wall than drive with that spoiler on but each to their own I suppose

Apologies in advance, but the end justifies the means.

A fool and their money are easily parted is what springs to mind, as well as all that glitters is not gold.

Stick with your original plan of getting a B5 A4 Avant Quattro with a 1.8t or a 1.9tdi, an older car in good condition with a high spec would be my choice.

                        HTH.

                              A4 estate 1.9 tdi quattro

Many thanks for all your comments, but by what ye all say, I think I'll stick to an old 1.9tdi quattro, (that is until a nice RS2 in blue comes on the market !!), will miss the hum of the 5 cylinders, but family first - give it ten years, and then they will start to have their own cars, and I can go back to an S2, or a RS2 !! - Old habits never die !!
