Needed alternator

Long time since been on here.

The coupe has been sitting dormant for the last two months, with lack of time to sort her for mot.

When moving the car recently the engine bay bellowed out white smoke on inspection the alternator belt had melted off, the alternator had seized on.

So as titled on the hunt for an alternator suitable for the Aby coupe.

Suggestions on either brand new where's best to buy or second hand.

I spent ages looking for a new one for my ABY coupe without success. New, they are several hundred pounds i believe. In the end i got mine refurbished for £145 at http://www.westlancsautoelectrics.com/. This included postage to collect and send back. HTH
