Dahlback Filter Kit

Im looking for a good/mint condition Dahlback filter kit like the one at the bottom of the page in this link http://www.audituning.com/SearchPerf...7&LanguageID=1
Has anyone got one they're willing to sell? Don't really need the actual filter unless it's a decent one.

I just bent/cut an aluminium sheet to sheild the turbo/downpipe and it seemed to work quite well...

Not that it helps but I had one of these, it disappeared along with a few other nice spares when I sold my old Avant... New owner got a few extra's i didnt plan on!

I couldn't say I detected extra oomph versus the stock RS2 airbox, which I kept fitted as I wanted a stock look, but it did sound pretty awesome, the induction noise certainly turned alot of chav heads

It was in effect a K&N filter on a 180 bend with a metal heat shield that attached to the chassis, sure you could get the same look with a DIY heat shield for alot less!

No worries, I think the RS2 airbox, with a new decent brand of paper filter is a good enough and safe option for most cars.

This is just an itch I've wanted to scratch for a while but in time I want to fabricate my own version. Will be round SteveH's soon for some welding lessons before I buy my own tig welding machine to hone my skills and start fabbing!

I'd be amazed if it sounds any different to my eBay special that's on the car at the moment.

Need a 3-4" feed on the inner wing and then build something along the lines of the MTM filter; that's a far superior design.
