That's the top bracket and rubber bush (if you have bolt and washer even better), as per 18 & 19 in this pic:



Mine hasn't been there for as long as I have owned the car....

Peter,I have this u piece inc the bolt and washer just this mo checked for you.
I replied in you other wanted have that also. Like I said I have virtually every thing except shell seats door cards . Still have abc pillar sections and air ducting.
