Subframe and stuff

Does anybody have or know of where I can get a front subframe off an ABY engine S2 (6 speed), also rear diff and gearbox from the same, must be in working order.

If front subframe + rear diff from a 3B are the same as for the ABY (as I think they are, but not sure 100%), I have them all in perfectly working conditions (no 6 gear gearbox).
.....Unfortunatly I'm from Italy and those parts aren't exactly neither small nor light to ship

3b and ABY are NOT the same sub frame. It is different for the 6 speed box. Dont know about the rear diff.

Try some of the breakers such as 4ringspares.co.uk and allaudi.co.uk

they may have some cars with those bits left on them.

Rear diffs are the same on both 5 / 6 speed S2's (4.11:1). If you decide to search a breakers, don't mention it's for an S2, you'll only confuse them. The rear diff's from Coupe quattros, both type 85 and 89 are also compatible (the part numbers may differ) but the ratios are the same and the S2 ones are no stronger. Avoid 90 20V quattro and Ur quattro units, as the gearing on those cars are higher (3.89:1) HTH.
