It's not a 3b, think he means b3, he's got an ex 10v cq. Sorry for not getting back to you yet Jason, can't pm off tapatalk, will cdig my laptop out when I get home. Have you still got the 10v shafts? If they're the same length as the s2 ones I've got in the garage you could just fit new s2 inner cvs on them.
Yes S2 inner CV spines are different, you'll need S2 shafts BTDT.
I have a passenger side S2 front shaft surplus to requirements. I also have a steel 01E gearbox mount I made for another member using an OEM one as a template, but his plans changed so its also surplus to requirements.
FYI you can use a B5 linkage with some modifcations, much easier to find and far cheaper, plus its a better design.

I missed out on a pair of s2 front shafts a while ago on eBay. Will complete s2 shafts be a straight swap ? I have been looking at 5 stud options but I will leave that for another thread.
No I only have a single mount I made for another forum member, can't remember which side it is now.
Not sure about the 10v outer CVs - if they are the same as a 7A then yes S2 shafts will be a straight fit.
Yes B5 S4 linkage - needs to be cut & welded but, you can probably get one for £25 rather than £200 for an S2/RS2 01E linkage. Plus you can keep your clutch slave hose rather than needing to modify it or fit a 6 speed one.
