Had not checked Ebay for the last week, so will check that one out.
If he is willing to declare a somewhat lower value, it could go through customs with ease, if not, it takes weeks and all sorts of fees and duty are added, often quadrupling the total price of the goods. Stuff declared at less than £20 goes straight through Norwegian customs w/o fees and delays, and for old, used parts that normally goes well. Having to pay VAT at import for a used part that has already been paid VAT for is a silly practise in this country.
