    Avant rear seat clips

    I need two pastic clips that attach bodywork grommet to rear seat outer backrests(non folding section adjacent to door)

    Unable to identify part on ETKA via vagparts and specialist (looking over shoulder at ETKA) despite heroic attempts

      Need some help with this. No joy at all good breakers on phone today. Its part no 4 on helpful diagram from Martin attached

              Have you got one off the car? or a photo of one. I've had a look on ELSA and it looks like a brake pipe clip, something like an 811 611 797.

              Could do with seeing one in the flesh but I don't want to go outside and tear my Avant apart at the moment as I have a stinking cold.

                  No photo as garage removed to 'replace' Yes it does look like that part 811611797 and I have that part but its not correct. It will not hold although I may try again.
                  The cushion clip is 'single jawed' rather than 'double jawed'. If you know what I mean !

                      Know what you mean. ELSA lists is as being 'double jawed' hence I went for the two pipe version. I'll try and get a chance to have a look at mine over the weekend.

                          More confusion here. Spoke to mechanic involved intially and he says OEM clip double jawed and identical to brake piping clips under car !!
                          I have these and will go and try to solve problem !!
