I'm sure the differences are minimal.

I had great results with this harness. Was a great value, and very robust/well made.

Hello! With this harness you can use TFSI coils without destroy your wiring loom. High temp insulated coated glass sleevings, 100% Plug and play. The price is 160$ with postage to worldwide. Ship start 2 workingday. V6 kit is commig soon.

Since he's in the EU I bet you could get cheaper? Worth asking

Here is what it looks like installed, and the coils I used.

Guys thanks for the input etc, I don't know why but I would really begrudge paying hundreds of pounds for wiring.

Not trying to take anything away from anyone and these looms do look very oem but feel they are too expensive.

Yes , of course I see the advantages but why do they have to be that expensive ?

There would appear to be about 80-90 quid worth of raw parts in the loom, and looks like over 2hrs to make one from scratch. You need a decent quality JPT crimper tool to make robust connections as well so I don't think the prices mentioned on this thread look out of order... you could save yourself 80-90 quid by doing it yourself (if you had the crimp tool) - but then you have to order all the parts including the wires and sleeves then measure and cut everything carefully for a neat fit. Its time vs money !

The parts to make a harness come to about £100 with OEM quality heat resistant sleeving and postage etc etc, about 4 hours to make one, shipping etc. Mine are £165 delivered. Would be 200 if I had to charge VAT!

If its 4hrs to make one at OE quality, then £165 delivered is indeed an excellent price.

I can say Alex's looms are the best I've seen. Over the rest. Great attention to detail and quality components through out. The cost of the loom and 5 coils is the same as two oem coils.

Just upgrade and save cost in the long run. No brainer

Andy bud, you saw my loom over the weekend and said it looked good. its one Alex made. I can honestly say this is the one upgrade or 'change' that I am truly happy with and have no questions about. Its well worth it bud.
