3D Pinter to Make Bit for Power Steering Pump Plug ?

Would someone that has access to a 3D Printer be able to make a bit in very hard plastic or metal to use with a regular ratchet to tighten the cross hatch plug on an AAN power steering pump ?

Th other option is if someone has access to a computer controlled lathe that can cut out the relevant bit in metal ?

I'm sure others would be interested in buying the bit, not just me. I am prepared to pay over the odds, as it is weeping fluid on two of my cars and I'd like to deal with both of them. I have new oem plugs but not the bit.

Or alternatively, if someone has a link to a regular ready made metal bit that is made specifically for this application ?

I do not want to butcher it with something that is not the exact right tight fit.

    Thanks for any help.

Most folks use something like this for the task.

I'm sure you can make something like that with a grinder and a lump of solid bar...?

I took and old 1/2"Dr Socket (3/8 A/F from memory) and ground off from 1 O'clock to 5 O'clock, and then 7 O'clock to 11 O'clock (or thereabouts- I'm sure you get the message) to a depth of 2mm.
It's hard enough, and you have the chance of putting it on the end of a 300mm extension and ratchet/tommy bar.
        Worked for me

          Good solution

3D printer plastic is all pretty soft, no chance to make tools out of it.
