I would suggest Volvo type Bosch green giants as have a little more headroom than RS2, also Bosch 044 fuel pump (relayed) would be an upgrade on the RS2 one.

I'm sure people who know way better than me can comment, just my 2p worth !

They know exactly what they are doing. They know, they are selling copied stuff. That´s 10 persons buy, 9 pay and are happy- one is not. So they keep quiet and refund the one immediately. Way better than discussing around and have the risc of getting that to public.

I had the RS2 IC on my old S2 without welding a bracket... made a template out of card and had a fabricator make one up, although I didn't ever get round to fitting it - a couple of large cable ties in place of each bolt held it tight!

No crossmember I'm afraid but that's the route I'd go down too...

You don't need rs2 intercooler to get rs2 power.
Come over m25 and I give you ride in mine rs2 powered s2 , see for your self.

Ricko, that turbo was the one I had built up from my old Nothelle unit with a new RS2 cold side impeller and back plate, RS2 injectors are a good match as the unit doesn't have quite the outright power capability of a full RS2 turbo due to the 52mm hotside.

However it spools up very quickly and I'm sure is good for a safe 350 bhp, I ran it briefly on full RS2+ software and it went stink on WOT, however because it spooled up much sooner the software wasn't a perfect match lower in the rev range and coming onto boost.

To run it properly you'll want a custom map, it should give really good results.

Cheers fella got everything RS2 apart from fuel pump now, any ideas where to get it mapped had a few ideas off people but all a long way from London and guessing I would have to trailer the car to them not drive it

Easiest way to tell a genuine bosch 044 pump is to look in the intake end.

A genuine bosch will have a hellicoil in it. Copies dont.
