I am going to fit the larger cv joints at the rear of my s2 running gear and so I need the larger front drive flange that presses into the bearing at the hub. I ordered 2 of the net but of course the wrong ones appeared as they have 4 studs not 5 ffs.
It will be a lot easier and cheaper to use some other 5 stud hubs as you will need to bore out the hub carrier to take the bearing anyway. There are a few options, B5q rear, C4 etc
You just need to adjust the boring depth then to suit the hub height

The Idea of swapping front hubs to back for some of us is for the larger front drive shafts, so are you saying the b5Q and C4 have larger drive shafts on the rear ?
I think this solution is just for people who want the 5 studs, We would still need to use front ones to benefit for the larges drive shafts ?
Just checked that a urs4 front outer cv seems to fit a s2 front hub. Both wheel bearings seem the same eg 82mm od. So I'm thinking a drive flange for a urs4 front could be used on a s2 front? Unless offset is different or something? I would then machine the rear hubs to take the 82mm I'd front bearing?
Well, when i did my coupe 5x112 conversion, i bought s2 avant hubs. The rear hubs didnt fit because they were bigger than the original rear hubs. After that i bought a set of s2 coupe hubs, and they fitted perfectly.
Thats why i believe the s2 avant rear hubs fit the bigger cv joints.
