lhd and rhd are differend
and urs4 - urs6 are too different

You can make the S6 RHD cluster parts work with a LHD cluster. I did this with my S6 cluster to get the trip computer. You need to be good with a soldering iron though the gauges will physically fit the LHD cluster.
