Throttle cam nut

Anyone got one of these mine decided to vibrate off
Tried to find one in our box of a thousand nuts but as usual no luck the thread seems to be quite fine compared to what I have

It's M10 metric fine Rik, can't remember if it's 1.0 or 1.25, I'll measure it later and let you know.

I'm pretty certain you can't buy parts off the throttle body, they list it as a complete assembly.

I'll confirm later but I think this is what you need:-
