Engine tuning parts

I have just bought a URS4 with an ANN engine which comes without a turbo, exhaust manifold, injectors and ECU.

I am therefore after these items to tune the engine however I do not want to open the engine up so no more than 400ish bhp. Not fused what route whether this would be RS2 or other means. Just interested to see what's available.
