S2 Front Bumper

Hi. I know it was only November when I last needed a new front bumper for my S2 avant because a tow truck killed it. But now I need a new front bumper again because someone hit mine while parked. I have been in to get a repair quote and because it's split the washer off, the surrounding area and the valance they aren't convinced that could get a decent finish. So I'm either after anyone in the Chester area who could repair this or another bumper with the washers (as ebay is full of coupe ones without washers)

You can fit the washers into the normal bumpers fairly easily
