Wanted: Metric UrS4 trip computer coding card/plug

PN for the metric coding card is 443919100D (metric UrS4, 200 20VT, etc). Not to be confused with 443919100P ( = US 92 UrS4, 200 20VT).

A metric UrS4 instrument cluster with a metric trip computer that I bought recently arrived without the coding card. The seller can't find it (so far) so I am lining up Plan B.
