I did exactly the same as DEREKCO.
Mine had disintegrated completely on my 20v so I made front and rear from 1.9mm stainless if I remember correctly. Went up a bit on thickness to give them some out of plane stiffness.
Got the material from ebay, 300mm discs, not the easiest material to work with though !!Comment
