    S2 N/S Avant Cat required

    Hi As stated - if anyone has a decent N/S cat for sale let me know.

    Car failed MOT on Co levels .033 against the below .030 it has to be.

    Bought one O/S one some months back but looking to replace the N/S unit.

    3b or aby? With it that close, i'd be looking to try again and change oil, air filter and run it up to ultra high temperature then get it retested

      Sorry -ABY.

      .033 was the best figure after heating it up to max. Started about .06.

      Change oil - can you explain how that affects Co ?

        clean oil will help reduce emissions in general....I've always ensured i drop and replace oil and filter prior to MOT and a new MOT. Not sure if any science to prove/disprove
