I know sods law I'd up with a C4, couldn't turn it down though for £500. Not long got back from picking it up, fantastic to drive and no slouch with 193PS, it dosn't need anything other than the exhaust sorting. So nice to drive, reallly refinded, it'll make a great replacment for the S2 for now.

Could it be " I " being one of those members!?
My 30v avant was a very nice car but no way near as good as the S6 but at only 46,000 miles had to die to lavish it's dealer demonstrator loaded goods to the S6 avant.
Expensive but the right decision for a minty S6 avant.
You should have dropped by and bought my 46k 30v exhaust. Tut tut. Second thoughts i would have wanted more than a tena for it.

You would indeed, it's the first one I've driven and their great cars, I can see why you like them so much.Could it be " I " being one of those members!?

I'm chuffed with it for £500, okay it's done a few miles but the service history is excellent, it's obviously been very well looked after by it's four owners. New brakes on the front, no cluncks or rattles and it handles great for a largish car.1990 B3 2.0 80 quattro.

Really was a golden era for Audi. Its just bizarre to think they had just a handful of models back then and were hardly making any money! When I sold my beloved B6 S4 V8 and bought a 2.8 B5 quattro as a run around estate car, I was pleasantly surprised, it is far better than I was expecting it to beB5 B6 B7 B9Comment

Yeah the build quaility back then was top notch, I reckon the C4's are a hidden gem, everything about it screems quaility.Really was a golden era for Audi. Might well do just that, though the front end is probably going to get B4'd, mainly so I can fit the massive intercooler I have at the ready.
Also picked up a really interesting big K27 with a twin scroll hot side and huge cold side that I suspect will end up being the unit I use.
Though RS2 spec should be fun for now.1990 B3 2.0 80 quattro.
