Looking to buy a right LHD RS2 headlight

I've recently been confused about LHD, and whether it refers to the position of the driver in the car or the car on the road...
If these lenses are compatible with U.S. Cars, I need a pair.
And can someone clear up my confusion?

LHD = left hand drive (steering wheel is in left side of vehicle, when looking from the back).

LHT = left hand traffic... (don't know if this abbreviation exists). Most cars driving these roads are RHD.

As Val said, LHD for cars with the steering wheel on the left side in the car, so yes suitable for US cars.
