Wanted Audi RS2 power steering pump pulley P/N 034 145 255

Is it 034 145 255E ? What diameter is it?

Thanks for your reply I will try and get the measurement today, I am not doing the rebuild, but the part number on the pulley is 034 155 255 do you know if there is a difference from 034 155 255E?

I have ordered the Front pulley from A/T 054 105 255E but they haven't got the power steering pulley in.

I think worst case scenario I will have to get the original one cleaned up or get a new one made.

If its not a secret, how much did You pay for the front pulley? I have new one on garage and I want to sell it...

Not a secret at all 60.10 Euros + shipping to UK hope this helps

034 145 255E is 130mm diameter and 034 145 255 is 143mm
The 143mm one is the one you're after and it is still available new £24 because I bought one a fortnight ago.

No bother mate,
There is a local Audi breaker near me, and he just went to his supplier, he is also a garage, and ordered it new.
I will check tomorrow with him where he ordered it from.

Hi John,
My guy tells me that it came from an independent car parts company called GSF Carparts. We have, I'm told, only one outlet in Ireland but that they are all over the place in England. Now, when I was chatting to him this morning he did say that mine might have been the last or near last one and that they would certainly be getting scarce now.
When I was getting mine I asked if he could get me one new he said that the part was listed so he ordered it and told me that he should have it in a couple of days. He then rang me the next day to say that they had come back to him to say that it was on back order, which I had suggested was their code for out of stock, but he said no they say 10 days and then about 2 days later he rang to say he had it!
So worth a try I'd say if you haven't already tried them.

Just phoned back NLA in UK.

But he did say GSF in Ireland may have sourced locally!

Is it possible your guy could phone and see if another one is available please if not possible I will see if mine will clean up its just very rusty where the belt sits.
