MoTeC (Dialynx)
034EFi, which we import from 034Motorsports over in America
There are loads of other systems about but you would have to manufacture your own loom, fuel system etc and then start literally from scratch with the base maps, we supply one that is configured to your specification to enable you to get going and then tune.
prices vary widely as do specifications.
Let me know if we can help with your project?Corey

Repo (supplier of IM's and EM's) in Finland has mentioned Tatech T5
( http://www.tatech.net ) plug in standalone ready for 20v direct fire-engines, although i know very little about that system. Maybe get in touch with him and find out more. Any info you obtain would be useful on here for future reference.
Cheers

I wouldn't think MS to any car.
Unless it's 100 quid downhill-project...
e: Noticed there is some talk about t5 system we develop here in Finland.
Yea, T5 works fine with inline 5 and direct fire.
We also have plug-in adapters available for AAN/ABY/ADU etc direct fire motors.
For 3b owners and reliability-sensitive customers we provide ready-built harnesses. This 'cause 20 years old original looms start to cause probs every now and then.
T5 includes all normal features the present day standalones have, and has some handy extras, most same price level standalones don't.
Basic features include:
-31 load points at 25 user definable rev ranges possible to set in 50 rpm intervals
-ignition and fuel control
-user mappable sensor inputs with exception of fixed K-type thermocouple input. means You can use practically any kind of sensors
-five user definable digital outputs for idle control, antilag, flatshift, shift indicator, nitrous control etc.
-capable of handling large capacity injectors, high and low impedance
several handy options and compensation features like:
-gear specific boost, ignition and fuel offset
-full compensation maps to intake air temp versus ignition and fuel
-launch control including antilag
-optional traction control
-optional integral wideband lambda input with automapping
-water injection control
-mappable closed loop knock sensor input
-on board eprom datalog
etc.
Fastest 5'ers with T5 run mid tens on quarter at the moment. These are all daily driven streetcars, not purpose-specific quartermilers.
Prices are:
T5 pro ecu: 1290 eur
flying leads harness: 150 eur
connector kit: 50 eur
VR adapter card for audi stock crank position sensors: 300 eur
plug - in adapter harness for inline five: 300 eur
traction control: 600 eur
custom harness for inline 5: from 1100 eur
Prices include finnish 22% vat, exclude freight costsLast edited by repo; 21 November 2006, 13:10.Everything less than 2 bar is considered to be naturally aspirated

engine knackered
Hello there, new to this forum not sure who to speak to but you look like you might be able help.
I have a s2 complete conversion on a 89 coupe quattro body. All good but the other day i had a rattle from the engine area i asked a bloke i know he said it might be the turbo so had it checked out, turns out it was the turbo but also it had damaged the bottom end. Can you or do you know of any one who can help?
not sure whether to have a rebuild on bottom, the top has already had a rebuild this time last year. Or go for another engine.
I NEED HELPALL HAIL THE MIGHTY QUATTRO
