My Friend has an Audi GT Coupe - with 10v Turbo engine MC [He has 3xMC engine and 2x KG]
He would like to make S1 Replica from His Audi Coupe.
He had problem with original Fuel management.
He is playing with this car more than 2 years.
Engine is working but with really bad emissions and in idle the RPM is variable.
Also when we made test drive, engine was strong - Turbo was 1.6bar on analog bar meter, but around 3000RPM there is whole..and engine behavior is not correct.
Car is burning tires and hold car in straight way is very hard.
We found cracked membrane in the waste gate... We replaced but after that car is lazy and engine behavior is still same bad.
He would like to buy new engine management EMS or EFI ...
He would like to buy MegaSquirt II or III, because its cheapest engine managment, but i heard many problems about 135 wheel etc..
We know about 034 Motorsport EFI Stage IIc but its really expensive for us / We are not so rich/
Today i found on your forum VEMS - Assembled v3.6 controller....
Audi Guru guys, could you please help us ???
We would like to manage 10V Turbo engine correctly.
We have also many Turbos KKK24, KKK26 but we don't know which is the best for MC engine. [probably KKK26]
Can i use KKK26 aslo on my S4 AAN with Exhaust Manifold, RS2 High Output 5in one ???
Do someone have experience with 10ventils Turbo engine?
Which EMS or EFI we should buy avoid some problems?
He would like to buy something which will works also on my S4 AAN 20v Turbo Engine, because i have similar problems when is cold and 20vt should works better [performace]
My S4Avant [S4 20V e. code AAN (551AA)] has probably wrong control unit, i ordered chips and my friend wrote them with aan_boost_551aa.bin and aan_fuel-ign_551aa.bin from http://webplaza.pt.lu/aklosen/index/...d/download.htm
I had some Italian CHIP which was working badly when i bought my S4Avant.
Thats why i replaced them with original from webplaza.pt.lu
But problem still persists.
Car when is cold RPS are not stable... Performance is worse than my friends S4/S6
I bought Exhaust Manifold, RS2 High Output 5in one. i bought also new gaskets, new original Narrow band lambda [i am thinking about wide band with controller]
There is no lack of air...IN or EX
When i get my friends ECU original S4, after that my car doesn't have any DTC mistakes with mixture limit exceeded etc... and my S4 is working well with his ECU.
So i am unhappy and i need to buy new or used original ECU or Aftermarket EFI, EMS... to fix the issue.
But my money are limited and my friend also...
We would like to manage our I5 engines correctly...
Please help us... We already spent more than 2years to fix these bugs
Which management we should order ??? we have some skills but we prefer some easy one first.
