cant start on vems

few monts ago I bought vems. all instalation made me and all is OK. my trigger log is ok. engine get a fuel, and first cyl get ignition on tdc. my engine is 3B with ignition from AAN. injectors and all sensors are factory except WBO. please all good connoisseurs of vems to look my setup and trigger log and see if everythig is fine? my ignition outputs are:

What injectors do you have? 9.4ms is a huge value for req_fuel

Also your injector opening settings are off the chart. Put them to the simple settings

I increserd coil charge time map scale on 10 and my car is turned on. it work well, but not the best. starting engine is too long. about 7-8 seconds. what is correct value of coil charge time and coil charge time map scale for factory aan ignition?

my engine gets too much fuel before starting. when I turn on vems, injectors work a few seconds before starting engine. then the engine is too rich with fuel, and starting is too long. how i can decrise or turn of injectors before starting?

Turn off prime pulse under starting / idle you have 5.0ms prime set it to 0
Change cranking threshowing to 299 instead of 599
Under Outputs / Fan / Water and Fuel pump set the {ump On after Powerup to 1.0 secs and Pump off after activty to 0.5 secs

Ill try your settings. What I can do with communiration vems and laptop. When is engine turn off comunication is excelent, but when I crancking engine comunication of vems and laptop is broken. if I try connect vems and laptop when is engine turn on, it is not posible. sometimes it show me error, "you use old fw older than 1.1.27. can I change anuthing about communication settings? my fw is 1.1.96.

if its just the long starting....1.1.96 is known for fault with cam sync.go back to 1.1.95 and all is ok...

I also have slightly problem with cranking on 1.1.96 too.it takes longer cranking than motronic.i'm still digging up the culprit.

Downgrade to 1.1.95
I don't use 1.1.96 for the above reasons

I partaily solved connectivity problem. It works when is laptop on charging, but when I turn off it from charging, connection is right cannceled. Have it setup does not take a power via USB. that electricity does not fit the laptop, and therefore communication breaks.

This is exactly the same for Motronic.
Any ECU that wants to start the car must wait to see a pulse from hall sensor to determine engine phase.

This can take two engine revolutions in worst case.

I have installed 1.1.95 fw and now everything is much better. Cranking needs less time than before. Thanks for help.
