VEMS issue with EGT

    VEMS issue with EGT

    If the two wires to the EGT socket on the VEMS ecu are open circuit i.e not connected to anything the reading is 1200 deg C correct ?

    If i short the two wires together i should get 20-30 deg C correct ?

    1. 0 deg (just as you are using vems without egt at all); if sensor is connected and faulty, you could get 1200 deg. BTDT http://www.s2forum.com/forum/showthr...t=46823&page=2

      Its now jumping between two values 300 -450 with nothing connected.
