S2 with vems v3 wont spark on cylinder 5

[H2M Racing]

I can't get spark on the 5'th cylinder on my ABY S2 Avant.
I have tried the igniton output visual in the test mode and there is no spark on cylinder 5 /StepperA

I have changed coil (1,8T coils) and plug,
ohm meassured the the signal wire all the way to the ecu pin 21.
ohm messured the signal from pin 21 to the pcb.

How is the stepper circiut working?
is there one IGBT that feeds the stepper circiut and then delivers spark to all cylinders?
if so the the IGBT should be fine?

Any ideas what might be wrong?

make sure you have a +12V to the coil no5 and with vems on "test" mode use a multimeter to make sure no5 switches to earth.

my settings are the same, so i suspect a hardware issues. Check cables, connectors, earths etc..

Please can someone give config file for vems on stock engine with coils.I have ABY.

I can try and make one for you but pm me your email as well as the details of the engine. However I still think its a hardware issue.
