I want somebody to see my vemslog and tell me do it have an error in settings of boost control. The higest boost thet can make is the 140 kpa. After tightening west gate spring it increased to 150kpa. On my car is k26 turbo. Pressure on 3b factory ECU will be 0,8 bar. When I turn on launch control the pressure rise up to 160kpa. What I can do with pressure?
I solved the problem partially. It was wrong monted N75. Now it working but problem is when I set 120 or 150kpa, pressure goes to 220-240kpa. I need good setup for PID control. Can anybody sent me a good PID settings?
On the log in the first post your boost DC is always 0. That means that VEMS gives no signal to the N75 at all. Please check this out and sent a current log.
I have chacked all on N75. It is ok. When I set 10 or more on P on PID settings, boost goes about 180-240kpa. I dont have control on it. I can control pressure only with WG spring.
