first when I see this table I talk to myself, you must be nuts......

          nothing to lose......

The result came out in positive way.....
from log time at 1.16.222 speed of 51 km/hr @2500 rpm
up to time at 1.30.894 speed of 165 km/hr @5926 rpm
            from 3rd to 4th gear.....

14.672 sec gain 114 km/hr with 2-3 times release the throttle due to curve
if not I may see 12 sec

the stock car run like crazy......incredible and scary me
            I could hit 7300 rpm easily @ 1-2-3 gear

Time 04.469 - 09.327 sec from stand still to max RPM on 1st gear
throttle position up to 52% only
              boost up to 190 kPa

This is just a beginning of the end.......
More fine tune is in process

anyone require any info, we are glad
if I dont post in here you can email to me or Krieng

might be a little hot on the e85 timing but it does require much more than you were giving it before. you need a dyno to confirm optimum timing numbers but I usually find its around 8-10 degrees more than an optimum 93 octane pump gas map.

E85 is very nice for such tuning. How do the fuel pump and lines cope.with the biofuel? Any long-term issues?

                    Marc,

Running a bit too hot on E85 will be causing anything severely?i never heard any pingings when running with E85 ever since.i still have stock intercooler which means
                    running higher IAT though.

                      Hey Vasilis,

I'm still running stock 18yrs in-tank(Surmesible)fuel line w/o any issues on E85(3,500Litres for now).
I do believe the stock line is Aramid fiber compound it can withstand the biofuel.
you might be getting Gates submersible line if you concerned.

on pump gas, too hot timing generally causes detonation and high egt, on e85 you mostly just get higher egt (still possible to det on e85 but its much less likely). You should target MBT (Minimum Timing for Best Torque) but the penalty is generally lower on e85 to overshoot.

                          The high advance timing table

                          - 3800 RPM / 85-90 kPa try to keep constant speed feel the engine is not very smooth
                          - Never drive at this RPM and IM still had vacuum before
                          - but,.....when filled a little gas, the car pull very hard

                          - make some fine tune for low rpm see below
                          - reduce at high rpm
                          - I was using 4 bars FPR, and now decide to use 3 bars, this week end will run for the VE and test this fine tune ign table.

Remark* 1/Krieng has EGT gauge, he reports a lower egt with this new ign table
2/to get optimum PPT must take a dyno !!

past month I have been using E85 with stock Audi set up, only replaced injectors bigger by 30-45%

                            - A4B5 1.8T with Stage 1 chipped to 210ps (my 2nd car)
                            - S2B4 2.2T
                            - A6C5 2.4
                            - A4B5 1.8 NA
                            - A6C4 2.4

                            coming up
                            -A38L 1.8 NA
                            -A4B5 1.8 NA
                            -A6C4 2.4

from calculation, may fill with biofuel betwee E50-E100
for using between E20-E50 require 3 bars FPR

one AAN engine everything stock filled with E85
the only thing to do was using VAG1519 to reprogram and one model of MAF with
screw at the side must be adjusted. This engine I can say it run fine up
to approx 5K rpm before it get lean.

who provide info, knowledge, technic, tactic to Pop and Krieng and myself.

Without those master we cant come up this far.
