  • Aftermarket dash and instrument solutions.

Not sure this is the correct sub forum bay here goes. For my urq I'm wanting a more motorsport orientated dash setup. It needs to be road legal also so must have indicators for lights and brakes and and odometer etc. I would like it to display rpm, speed ,fuel level , water and oil temperature, oil pressure , boost and maybe more. What I was thinking was that that's quite a lot to display and therefore something that's smart enough to only show what analogue input is near alarm level would be good.

I'm not wanting to spend a fortune on this as it seems you could easily spend a few k.

Something like this looks great value but obviously doesn't do all I would like. So a more advanced value unit would be good. I was thinking you could use some sorta android tablet with an analogue input board of some sort and some software could do the job but I don't want to re invent the wheel.

Anyone seen anything that vaiguly meets my requirements?

    Cheers.

      STACK gauges are awesome.

And I believe there is some precedent for the rally cars using them before VDO.

Stack are great but their prices are huge for what they seem to do?

But they do handle everything you need and more.

          10k rpm tach, do it!

Yea the vems dash is good but not suitable on its own due to the odo and other issues.

Like the look of the dash 2 as it can talk to vems.
