No, i just removed the cam gear.
i wasnt in the mood to deal with the crank pulley again. lol

I had issues on the past with Motronic and the camshaft hall sensor.

the "funny" part is...the sensor died without any warning. no trigger errors , no misfires... nothing.

now i will try to gather another g40 to keep as replacement since i like to travel with the car... i can´t cope with a possible breakdown that can leave me on the side of the road.

parts aren´t as readily available here in brazil hehe

i am thinking on buying a donor car to have all parts as spare.

Strange how these sensors let go. Never had an issue with a g40 but mfts multiple times, temp sensors multiple times etc. Good thing this didn't turn out to be another vems bashing thread
