plan to remove the stock caliper on my 3B coupe soon (clean and lube), but i am i doubt on how to get the piston back into the caliper when its time to reassemble.
On my CoupeGT you need an umbraco key in 12mm and push and turn clockwise at the same time to push the piston into the caliper again.

Is the S2 a similar system?
Checking on part numbers, the 3B rear calliper is the same as the ABY, therefore yes you'll need to wind in the piston as it's being pushed in.
Check Mike's site here where he gives a run down on how it's done. (Mike quotes a "vag" tool for the job, not sure if it's the same as yours though)

You can use a pair on needle pliers (if that the right name?!?!?) to wind it in too if the piston is free moving. Should notice your handbrake is suddenly much better too once you have done this....
Get a big G-clamp on it and then you can apply pressure and grip the outside of the piston to spin it. Once you get it going it spins itself as you tighten the G clamp!
