i live in the USA and so far the cheapest i've found are $150. I was wondering if also anyone had a CNC or Autocad file with the RS2 bracket already drawn up? My cousin owns a machine shop and he would let me make it out of scrap if i had the file ready.

Check with Ben/eS2, see if he had any from the run he did. If not he may be able to give you the CNC for what he had done.
