Following a health check from the boys at MRC I'm looking at changing the hydraulic fluid (not brake fluid).
What is the capacity of the system for an ABY?
What spec is the VAG hydraulic fluid?
Is there a proven method to doing this?
Will apressure bleeder help or is this a very silly idea!

Do you mean the hydraulic fluid in the power steering?
you need the genuine Audi stuff GOO20000000000 or something like that- VAGParts can supply I'm sure, or GSF, it's not expensive, but please only use the Genuine Audi fluid.

Sorry, when I was buying hydraulic fluid it was because it was p*ssing out of the steering rack seals, so all I was doing was pouring it in the reservoir every day while it poured back out again! I'm sure there's a proper way to do it..
